  3. Black and White,
What a beautiful image. The water is so amazingly dull and the shape of the tree.
I adore this image.

  4. These are beautiful.
I love the colours and shapes and levels, and separation. What it does on the floor is also beautiful, turning it into almost a murky water.

This is such an interesting blog, they create colour palettes from photographs. Could be very useful.

Interesting Shapes, light and shadow and everything inbetween. Can you focus a shadow?

WHITE ON WHITE. Look at that beautiful texture onto the ground. Almost no shadow from the woman makes me think this might be computer generated. Even so, imagine achieving a look like this.

Napoleon. This is a handsome Bonaparte, pre-leadership status. Fighting the last battles of the revolution. Waving a flag of victory. A gleam off of the sword, the shine of hair and fair complexion, the smokey landscape.

El Greco, Soflon (A Boy Blowing on an Ember to Light a Candle) 1570-1572

Beautiful depiction of light. I love the contrast with the darkness. I don’t quite understand the light of his left hand though. This was painted so long ago but the fashion is so modern!

This picture resembles a badly developed photgraph. The colours so un-naturalrunning into eachother. Of moulded water leaking through a roof.
A useful reference to projected images.
